The Iowa Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders are hosting the 2020 Iowa Prayer Rally for Life on Monday, March 2. The event is set to begin at 11 a.m.

There will be a prayer rally for life from noon until 1 p.m. Iowa’s pro-life leaders will speak and attendees are invited to join local clergy in powerful prayer.

Speakers include Sen. Jake Chapman, Rep. Steve Holt, Restored by Grace executive director Laura Limmex and Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds.

From 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. veteran lobbyists will work with attendees on how to effectively lobby at the Capitol. After that, they will be encouraged to lobby their own legislators.

“Prayer is the foundation of the pro-life movement,” said Maggie DeWitte, executive director of Iowans For Life. “These are high-stake times for the pro-life movement. Iowans For Life and our allies in the Iowa Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders are on the front lines battling for life.”
