Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo is encouraging Americans not to comply with returning mask mandates. Ladapo has been perhaps the most vocal critical of the government’s handling of COVID among medical leaders.
“What do you call re-imposing mask policies that have been proven ineffective or restarting lockdowns that are known to cause harm?” Ladapo posted to X (formerly Twitter) late last week. “You don’t call it sanity. These terrible policies only work with your cooperation. How about refusing to participate…”
Mask mandates have been reinstated by various universities, hospitals and other businesses across the country.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis brought Ladapo in from UCLA. Ladapo, one of America’s Frontline Doctors, has been a key figure in contrasting the government response to COVID since 2020.
