The Adam Steen for Governor campaign today announced the formation of a statewide Pastor Coalition made up of evangelical leaders from across Iowa who are uniting behind Adam Steen’s candidacy.
The coalition currently includes pastors representing 38 counties across Iowa, demonstrating broad geographic support and growing grassroots momentum within the faith community. The list of participating pastors is included below.
As a pastor himself, Adam Steen said the support carries deep personal meaning and reflects what he sees happening across the state.
“I am incredibly humbled and energized by the support of pastors from 38 counties across Iowa,” said Adam Steen. “These are men and women who shepherd families, counsel the hurting, preach truth without apology, and serve their communities faithfully every week. Their support isn’t about politics as usual, it’s about the future of our state. There is real faith momentum building across Iowa, and it’s because people are hungry for courageous leadership that will stand unapologetically for life, religious liberty, and the values that make Iowa strong.”
Steen emphasized that the coalition reflects clarity and conviction for evangelical voters heading into the primary.
“Iowa conservatives want conviction, not convenience,” Steen added. “They want a governor who doesn’t discover faith during election season but lives it every day. As a pastor, I understand the weight of leadership before God and before the people we serve. I am grateful for these pastors who recognize that this campaign represents a clear and unapologetic choice for evangelical voters.”
The Pastor Coalition will serve as a statewide network encouraging civic engagement, prayer, and voter participation. Campaign officials say additional pastors continue to join the coalition, expanding its reach even further in the weeks ahead.
