Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez expressed disappointment on Twitter Thursday after the Supreme Court constrained the EPA’s power to regulate greenhouse gases.

“Catastrophic,” AOC said. “A filibuster carveout is not enough. We need to reform or do away with the whole thing, for the sake of the planet.”

The Court, in a 6-3 decision, determined Congress did not authorize the EPA to have broad statutory authority to curb greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.

Climate change activists have called the decision a “gut punch” and a ruling that could make the Biden Administration’s plans to combat climate change more complicated.

  1. Thankfully!
We’ve been told for the last 20 years(at least as long as I’ve been paying attention) that the planet is dying and our total collapse and demise is happening as we speak!!! They are NOT in charge of the demise of the planet! They have been totally deceived by evilness of their sin. Really need to read a Bible.
