On Monday night, the U.S. Senate voted 52-48 to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

In response, Terry Schilling, executive director of American Principles Project, released the following statement:

“Despite the best efforts of radical Democrats, the U.S. Senate has confirmed Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. This is a huge victory for the American people and for the American Constitution.

“President Trump has now appointed three Supreme Court justices and more than 200 originalist judges up and down the federal judiciary. This will be a key selling point to voters next Tuesday. Conservatives and all those who care about the Constitution view this record of judicial appointments as one of Trump’s greatest accomplishments.”

APP led a grassroots campaign to support Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. More than 150,000 activists signed APP’s “Confirm Glorious ACB” petition.
