Republican Arizona Senate President Karen Fann told One America News Network the state senate has the ability to provide auditors with materials they need, but certification of electors is not something the senate can address.
During a July 15 Senate hearing, the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, Doug Logan, told senators auditors could not find any record of Maricopa County sending more than 74,000 mail-in ballots. It also found around 18,000 people voted, but were removed from the voter rolls “soon after the election.”
Logan said 11,326 people were not on the voter rolls on Nov. 7, 2020, but they appeared on the rolls on Dec. 4, 2020.
Arizona State Sen. Wendy Rogers called for a new election to be conducted.
“Arizona’s electors must not be awarded fraudulently and we need to get this right,” she tweeted.
However, Fann told OANN the Senate only has the capability to subpoena information because it makes laws.
“That’s why we are successful in court, and that’s what we’re doing,” she said. “It’s all about election integrity. It’s not about the Trump-Biden race. It’s not about the Kelly-Martha McSally race.”
