Following the kick off of her sixth 99 County Tour, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) today relayed to folks the issue Iowans told her was top-of-mind: the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Senator Ernst emphasized that, at a roundtable in her hometown of Red Oak with farmers from across Southwest Iowa, the only mention of impeachment was in regards to how it would affect the timing of the USMCA.

Ernst stated she was glad to vote to move it out of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee today, and looks forward to supporting it on the Senate floor, and continuing the work that is important to Iowans.
