While much of the media spent the weekend talking about what’s likely another Fake News story about President Donald Trump, it largely ignored an encouraging August jobs report.

The Atlantic reported that Trump made disparaging comments about American military members who died in combat. That entire story was based on anonymous sources.

Overshadowed in that story is the fact that 1.4 million jobs were added to the economy in August. That number exceeded expectations.

In the last four months, America has added more than 10 million jobs.

The 1.4 million new jobs in August mark the fourth largest jobs gain in American history and is 2.5 times better than any month under the previous administration (Obama/Biden).

The nation’s unemployment rate dropped to 8.4 percent from 10.2 percent.

This good economic news comes while Joe Biden campaigns for a $4 trillion tax-hiking agenda, which is coupled with a promise to shut down the country’s economy if scientists tell him it is necessary.

As the economy improves, Americans should expect the media to get creative as it attempts to distract from the second Great American Comeback under President Trump.
