Nearly half of U.S. households are experiencing financial hardship due to President Joe Biden’s inflation crisis, according to a Gallup poll conducted in November.

According to the poll, it is the lower-income Americans being hit hardest. Seventy-one percent of households earning less than $40,000 reported financial hardship due to inflation. Fifty-four percent of Americans without a college diploma similarly reported financial distress from inflation.

Jen Psaki, Biden’s press secretary, has continued to downplay or gaslight inflation. Congresswoman Cindy Axne has done the same and continues to deny the reality felt by millions of Americans. Axne is continuing to advocate for Biden’s “Build Back Better” bill that even liberal economists say will exacerbate inflation.
