Three MS-13 gang members were arrested Monday trying to illegally cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
One tested positive for COVID and another was previously convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Border Patrol estimates about 400,000 migrants were able to cross into the United States illegally without being caught in 2021.
