Presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden accused President Donald Trump of holding up help for American families during the COVID-19 crisis by signing physical checks.

“We need to get direct cash relief payments out to as many people as possible as quickly as possible,” Biden said. “But no American should have to wait a single minute so Donald Trump can put his signature on a physical check.”

Considering the number of Americans who will receive payment, it’s hard to envision anyone would seriously think President Trump is going to sign these checks individually — let alone the presumptive Democrat nominee.
