Liberty Counsel is continuing the fight against President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates as courts line up against the White House.

The organization is hopeful its case — Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden — will be the case that ends Biden’s “injection tyranny” for good.

Biden’s mandate for companies with 100 employees or more — blocked by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The three-judge panel permanently blocked the OSHA rule on Nov. 12.

The CMS mandate was blocked by two federal judges.

The mandate on federal contractors was blocked by a federal judge on Nov. 30.

“Unfortunately, the Biden administration is sticking to its proverbial ‘shot guns,'” said Liberty Counsel chairman Mat Staver. “They refuse to give up their delusion that Biden can order injections into the arms of anyone he chooses, with no exceptions.”

The administration is allegedly trying to “deceitfully compel military service members into abandoning their religious rights,” Staver added.

Beginning on Jan. 7, 2022, the Department of Defense must report to the court every two weeks on how it is handling religious exemption requests.

“If the exemptions continue to be denied, the court will intervene,” Staver said. “The DOD claimed in court that no adverse action would be taken against our clients. Not only are our clients already experiencing extremely adverse treatment, but we have also received an internal memo from the JAG instructing military commanders on how to get their personnel to abandon their religious exemption claims.”

Lenny (whose name was changed by Liberty Counsel for the purposes of identification) called the organization a few weeks ago. He had been on the liver transplant list for a while.

Lenny was taken off the list because he refused the vaccine.

“Liberty Counsel intervened, and we are happy to report Lenny is back on the liver transplant list!” Staver said.
