Citizens Defending Freedom (CDF), a nonpartisan grassroots organization committed to protecting constitutional rights and election integrity, has joined as a co-plaintiff in a lawsuit filed in federal courts in Texas and Florida. The suit alleges serious irregularities in voter registration procedures and voting systems in these states.
“Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our republic,” said CDF Texas State Director Colby Wiltse. “Our analysis has revealed concerning issues with voter rolls and election administration that must be addressed to ensure the integrity of our electoral process.”

“Our goal is simple – we want officials to follow existing laws designed to protect election integrity,” said Wiltse. “We believe this lawsuit is a necessary step to restore voter confidence and strengthen our democratic process.”
