According to a new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll, President Biden’s approval ratings have dropped 5 points since September and now stand at 43-51.
Bill Clinton’s pollster Mark Penn told The Hill, “Biden’s ratings continue to fall and he essentially now is supported only by the Democratic base electorate.”
