State senator Zach Nunn, a candidate for Iowa’s 3rd congressional district and U.S. Air Force combat veteran, today announced that his campaign received the endorsement of Congressman Dan Crenshaw (TX-02). Crenshaw is a strong influence in Washington D.C. and a leader on key issues like health care, energy, and big tech for the Republican Party. As a former Lieutenant Commander (retired) and U.S. Navy SEAL, Dan spent five deployments overseas, including one in Afghanistan that changed his life forever after being hit with an IED blast and losing his right eye.

“Our country is facing a momentous decision this November, and we need to support strong and conservative leaders like Zach Nunn who will defend our freedoms and put a stop to Biden and Pelosi’s liberal agenda,” said Rep. Dan Crenshaw. “I am proud to endorse Zach Nunn for Congress – he’s a man who has served his country as an Air Force veteran and as a state senator. I’m supporting Zach because I know that he’ll continue to defend our freedom and liberties as we both have done on the battlefield and now in public service. This race is critical to take back the U.S. House, and I’m doing my part to turn this country around by supporting Zach.”

“I am honored to have Congressman Dan Crenshaw’s endorsement,” said State Senator Zach Nunn. “Crenshaw is the essence of an American patriot. He went off to fight for his country, returned as a wounded warrior, and chose to fight again for his country in Washington D.C. His service to our country is unmatched, and I’m looking forward to serving in Congress and working with him on his initiatives to improve health care, protect American energy, secure our border, and protect choice in education.”

Crenshaw joins with other notable Nunn supporters including leaders in U.S. Congress, nationwide veteran coalitions, state legislative leaders and top grassroots activists.
