Over the last two weeks, I have continued my campaign promise of sponsoring and cosponsoring America First legislation.

The Socialist Democrats and The Silicon Valley Cartel want nothing more than to silence my voice because I represent YOU!

After Democrats unilaterally removed me from my committees, I have focused on floor procedures to slow down their radical agenda. The Democrats have been trying to push horrific bills like H.R. 1, which federalizes our elections, and H.R. 5, the InEquality Act, which destroys the rights of women, girls and Believers.

Motions on the House floor are excellent tools to prevent bad legislation from being passed. By demanding a roll call vote on Rep. Cori Bush’s “Violent Convicted Criminals Can Vote” Amendment, I was able to put Congress on record to stop this dangerous legislation and prevent Democrats from hiding behind a voice vote.

I have continued to be the most Pro-2A member of Congress by sponsoring the Gun Owner Privacy Act (GOPA, H.R. 1132) and the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA, H.R. 993). GOPA ensures that gun ownership is not monitored and logged by the federal government and provides legal recourse by allowing damages to be collected by citizens whose rights have been violated. SAPA refunds all federal gun control enforcement and end funding for regulation and guidance issued by the ATF.

I have continued to support America First polices by cosponsoring:

• Joe Wilson’s Right to Work Act, H.R.1275
• Jerry Carl’s Act to Prevent the Interior Secretary from Changing Monument Names or Moving Them, H.R. 1445
• Michael Cloud’s Protecting the Right to Keep and Bear Arms Act, H.R. 1534

I will never stop defending your rights protected in the Constitution. I will continue to hold the House of Hypocrites accountable. And I will continue to put the people of Northwest Georgia and Americans First.
