“To hide from Iowans is a disgrace to the political process. To hide from Iowans is a reckless and selfish approach to our voting process. To hide from Iowans shows disgusting arrogance and complete disregard for the people of Iowa,” said Adam Steen.

On the morning of May 4, Adam Steen held a press conference at the Iowa Capitol to discuss the recent cancellation of the WHO-TV debate. Due to Randy’s consistent pattern of running away from the people of Iowa, the rest of the gubernatorial candidates in the race were stripped of their right to debate their fellow constituents before the upcoming June 2 primary.

The Steen team is thankful that WHO has given us the opportunity for a 10-minute live interview to discuss the race, but is disappointed that the debate was canceled due to the failures of one candidate.

“Randy continually demonstrates how DC has disconnected him from Iowa. The congressman is clearly not ready to lead, and he’s not ready to win,” Steen said.
