House Rep. Ras Smith said he didn’t want to start any trouble, but is confused why the Iowa Department of Public Health, Iowa Department of Education and Iowa Governor did not use language from the CDC on cloth face coverings.

Rep. Heather Matson also questioned not requiring social distancing and requiring masks.
