Iowa State Sen. Zach Wahls made waves on Twitter on Wednesday night. The young Democrat lawmaker said:

“Kind of messed up that the best thing we have going for our democracy is that Trump is probably too incompetent to steal an election.”

The best thing we have going for our “democracy.” Who is going to be the first to leave the comment — we’re not a democracy, we’re a republic?

That’ll be one of the first three comments of people who actually click on this story and read it.

But isn’t it amazing how commonplace this is now from Democrats? The best thing we have going for our “democracy” is our President is “probably” too incompetent to steal an election.

Read through the comments on his tweet, many of his followers believe Trump will cheat in 2020 and did cheat in 2016.

Sen. Wahls is free to his opinion. He’s just being honest. He doesn’t see anything positive I guess in our “democracy.”

What a doom-and-gloom approach.
