Hiatt Middle School students will be welcomed to the new academic year with a mural that Des Moines Public Schools says carries a “message of unity.” However, in reality, the mural will likely not be seen as a “message of unity” for everyone.

The mural is dominated by some sort of an LGBTQ flag and a BLM flag. It also states “stop Asian hate,” which anyone could get behind — but leaves one to wonder why it only promotes stopping Asian hate and not all hate.

There is nothing “unifying” about Black Lives Matter and the LGBTQ agenda is certainly not a morally neutral issue.

Nonetheless, the Leftist indoctrination of the Des Moines Public School District will continue to be promoted through the mural at the middle school.
