A Democrat running for Congress refuses to say whether they believe the Linn-Mar School District’s policy allowing children to create gender plans in conjunction with the school while keeping it secret from parents is an appropriate policy.

The Cedar Rapids Gazette reported that Liz Mathis, the Democrat, was “unavailable for comment” on the district’s policy.

This is an important issue, especially considering the pressure coming from the Biden Administration when it comes to attempts to force the LGBTQ agenda on schools.

Does Mathis believe children should change their gender without consultation from their mom or dad? What age does Mathis believe kids should be able to undergo treatment to permanently change their gender?

Voters in the district deserve to know — especially parents.
