The Republican Liberty Caucus released its Liberty Index scores for 2024 from the United States Senate last month. Senators Rand Paul and Mike Lee received perfect 100 percent liberty scores for “consistently voting to protect individual rights and limit government overreach.”

However, the average Republican Senator achieved a score of just 46 percent.

According to the Republican Liberty Caucus, this is proof that the principles that should define the GOP are upheld by “a dedicated few, while many establishment Republicans continue supporting bloated government spending, warrantless surveillance and foreign interventionism.”

Senator Joni Ernst received a score of 20. Senator Chuck Grassley received a 17. Senator Mitch McConnell scored a 15. Senator Susan Collins had the lowest score with a 5.

Senator Ron Johnson registered a 90. Six other Republicans scored 82 or higher:

Sen. Mike Braun (88)
Sen. Roger Marshall (85)
Sen. Josh Hawley (84)
Sen. Tommy Tuberville (83)
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (82)
Sen. Eric Schmitt (82)
