Waves were made during the 2020 Republican Primary in Iowa’s Fourth Congressional District when Mainstreet PAC endorsed Randy Feenstra and contributed six figures to his campaign.

Mainstreet PAC drew criticism for its support of Red Flag gun laws.

When I saw yesterday that 10 Republicans in the United States House of Representatives voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump, I wondered if any of them had a relationship with Mainstreet PAC.

Stories from years ago say that Mainstreet PAC was created to help moderate Republicans beat Tea Party Republicans.

Congresswoman Liz Cheney is a member of GOP leadership. She called for Congressman Steve King’s resignation. The jury has been in on her for quite some time.

But there were nine other Republicans who voted to impeach the President.

And every single one has either been endorsed by Mainstreet PAC, received donations from Mainstreet PAC or is listed as a member of Mainstreet PAC.

Congressman Adam Kinzinger of Illinois also gave Feenstra $2,000 during the primary. Kinzinger has been one of the most vocal critics of President Trump in the U.S. House.

Feenstra, for the record, opposed impeaching President Trump. He did, however, vote to certify the results of the Electoral College last week.
