Libs of TikTok captured a screenshot reportedly taken from a “pride” event in Charlotte, North Carolina that shows a young child balancing on a woman hardly dressed clinging to a stripper pole.

The video and photo of the incident are reportedly from Charlotte Pride, which took place Aug. 20-21.
