The Department of Education needs to hear from you! NOW is your chance to stand for parental rights and protect children in schools.

On his first day in office, President Biden issued an executive order aimed at obliterating the Title IX protections for women and girls’ sports. Not long afterwards, he issued another order, this time with the goal of entrenching the LGBT agenda into schools more generally.

The Department of Education has acted on these mandates by rapidly rolling back protections for children (particularly girls) in schools. So far, the Department has:

  • Withdrawn a Trump administration letter of findings against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference for violating Title IX by allowing biological males to play sports designated for females.
  • Archived the Trump administration’s helpful January 8 memo – based on biology and fairness – regarding the Supreme Court’s Bostock decision and its effect on Title IX. Archiving it made it no longer effective.
  • Announced a comprehensive review of the Department’s regulations implementing Title IX.

The Department has announced a public hearing on Title IX and NOW is time to let them know how you feel. NOW is the time to let them know they should respect parental rights and protect schoolchildren, particularly young girls!
