With just under four months until the election, Iowa Attorney General candidate, Brenna Bird, is calling on Tom Miller to participate in at least two televised debates and in issue forums focused on law enforcement and agriculture issues.

“Iowa deserves a proactive, involved, and responsive Attorney General,” said Brenna Bird. “Tom Miller’s absence both in the courtroom and in Iowa’s communities suggest he is no longer prepared to support the people he serves. As Iowa’s next Attorney General, I will do the job, tackle the tough issues, challenge the Biden Administration, and support our law enforcement.

While Brenna has spent several months traveling throughout Iowa and explaining her plan to keep local communities safe, Tom Miller has remained notably absent. Brenna Bird believes it is time for a substantive discussion of the issues and for Tom Miller to engage in the political process and explain his positions as Iowa’s current AG.

“The people deserve to know where Tom Miller stands on these issues before the November election,” Bird continued.

Brenna Bird ran uncontested in the Republican primaries and like many other GOP candidates in the state, saw incredible voter turnout. Brenna has also earned the support of organizations like the Republican Attorney Generals Association (RAGA). The momentum of her campaign and its widespread support has also contributed to a large fundraising lead as she continues to outraise Miller.
