Why are people playing stupid about Antifa: “Anybody who has opened a newspaper really knows what Antifa is. They’re not playing stupid, they know exactly what they’re doing.
Why isn’t the FBI chasing Antifa: “You know, I’ve got several stories about the FBI. I would say that you hear quite a bit about the Deep State, about bureaucracy, about people that are in place that are comfortable being in place. And a lot of what’s broken and not working in Washington D.C. is by people that have been there much too long. So, what I have to tell you is, to go home and to make sure you’re educating your children and grandchildren, because they’re learning today and that’s what is remarkable is that we all can get frustrated with what is happening in Washington D.C., but what we can do is right around us. And I’ll tell you one thing that politicians respond to immediately is elections and public opinion. The one thing that helped me so much during this pandemic is I didn’t watch the news. I didn’t read my clips. I didn’t get on my social media. I didn’t read my comments. The emotion of it, I think for so many governors, I set up hundreds of hours of conference calls with governors that were all moved by emotion and what everybody else was doing and how they were making their decisions. So I didn’t even realize when I was making a lot of my decisions that literally I was the only one making the ones that I was making. And I didn’t want emotion to control it. So, what I will tell you is, when I was in Washington D.C. and saw how broken the process is and then saw how there are so many people down in the deep layers of those agencies, departments, even in our intelligence, that don’t have the right intentions for this country, you can’t sit back and complain about it. You have to fix it. So, do what you can do right where you’re at to make sure you’re getting the facts out there and the right information.”
