Governor Kim Reynolds has endorsed State Representative Dean Fisher (R-Garwin) for Iowa House District 53 ahead of the June 7th Primary. She believes Dean will help enact a pro-taxpayer, pro-family, and a pro-parent agenda in 2023.

“Representative Dean Fisher is a champion for Iowa’s families and taxpayers. He will do whatever it takes to protect the unborn,” said Gov. Reynolds. “I trust Dean to be a true partner in defending the conservative values that make Iowa the best place to call home. I’m proud to endorse Dean Fisher for the Iowa House, and I encourage Republicans to turn out and vote for him in the Republican Primary on June 7th.”

“I look forward to working with Gov. Reynolds to advance the pro-life movement in Iowa and promote a pro-parent, school choice agenda,” said Rep. Fisher. “Gov. Reynolds’ bold, conservative leadership is moving Iowa in the right direction and I look forward to fighting alongside her.”

The governor is urging voters to turn out in the Republican Primary held on Tuesday, June 7th, and support State Representative Dean Fisher for Iowa House District 53. House District 53 includes parts of Poweshiek and Tama counties.
