Theresa Greenfield, the former Colby Interests executive and current Democrat candidate for U.S. Senate, has made it clear where she stands on abortion.

“I will always defend a women’s right to make her own health care decisions,” she said. “That is uncompromising to me…I’m not going to side-step that one.”

Greenfield has been endorsed by pro-abortion groups like Emily’s List and Planned Parenthood Action Fund.

There is also a new report that reveals Democrats are considering a proposal to use taxpayer dollars for killing unborn babies.

The Los Angeles Times reports:

Democrats will try to repeal long-standing ban on federal money for abortions.  “For more than 40 years, Democrats and Republicans have stuck to a compromise on abortion: No government money would be used to pay for ending pregnancies.  Now, top House Democrats say they plan to challenge that status quo. Beginning next year, Democratic leaders in the House no longer will back the annual move to put the prohibition into law, they’ve told a small group of House Democrats.” (The Los Angeles Times, 08/28/20)

“Theresa Greenfield is a radical liberal who refuses to oppose late-term abortions and benefits from nearly $3.7 million from special interest groups who support taxpayer-funded abortions,” said Joni Ernst spokesperson Melissa Deatsch.  “It’s clear Greenfield will be a loyal soldier for Nancy Pelosi and her liberal extremist agenda.”

Greenfield criticized Sen. Ernst in July of 2019 as Ernst advocated for defunding Planned Parenthood.

“Joni Ernst is ‘very proud’ of her work to defund Planned Parenthood. ‘Very proud’ of denying women access to health care? Well, I’m VERY proud to advocate for a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions.” (Greenfield, July 15 Twitter)
