After her failed business record has come to light, Des Monies real estate executive Theresa Greenfield is scrambling on defense with a new ad. But here are the facts…

✔️ FACT: As president of the real estate firm Colby Interests, Theresa Greenfield displaced several Iowa small businesses from their locations at the Apple Valley shopping center. She even signed the notices herself.
✔️ FACT: Theresa Greenfield deleted references to her failed business record from her campaign website. She removed references to her time both as president of Colby Interests and as a top executive at Rottlund Homes.

✔️ FACT: Theresa Greenfield has ignored questions from nearly a dozen Iowa small business owners about her failed record. In early June, a group of Iowa small business owners sent a letter to Greenfield asking her about her time as president of Colby Interests when she displaced several Iowa small businesses. Eight weeks later, Greenfield has continued to ignore and dodge their questions.

“After Theresa Greenfield’s failed business record was exposed, Greenfield is scrambling attempting to re-write history. The reality is Greenfield is ignoring Iowa small business owners raising questions about her decision to kick small businesses to the curb and even deleted details about her business record from her website. Those are facts Greenfield can’t dodge,” said Team Joni spokesperson Brendan Conley.
