Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said a 2024 White House bid for her is “out of the question.” She instead told the Financial Times she believes President Joe Biden will run for re-election.

Hillary said it would be “very disruptive” of her to challenge Biden’s re-election effort.

Clinton lost in 2008 when Barack Obama beat her in the race for the Democrat nomination. She advanced to the 2016 general, but fell short against Donald J. Trump. Clinton has claimed, however, the 2016 race was stolen.
