Christian education plays an important role in providing students with a great education and hope for the future. Unemployment and lost income has meant that many families suddenly find themselves unable to make the tuition payments that sustain our schools. Additionally; our parishes, congregations, and other donors who normally provide financial support to the schools to keep tuition within financial reach for families have lost much of their revenues with the closing of church buildings and the shutdown of businesses.

Please take a moment to contact your Members of Congress to ask that current aid to our most vulnerable students through the CARES Act is retained and that any tax changes consider tuition-paying parents.

We encourage you to add your own personal story in the message as well.  What has been your experience with Christian education, paying tuition, or COVID-related struggles?

Thank you, in advance, for your willingness to speak with one voice to those in Congress to make sure they know how important Christian education is to many Iowans.
