From President Donald J. Trump:

Attorney General Merrick Garland must appoint a special counsel to investigate the Biden crime family.

CBS News finally reported on the contents of Hunter’s laptop two years after CBS anchor Lesley Stahl told President Trump Hunter Biden’s laptop could not be verified.

It’s past time for a proper investigation from the Justice Department into the corruption exposed by Hunter’s laptop. It’s been months since dozens of Republican senators called for Attorney General Garland to appoint a special counsel to probe whether Hunter Biden committed “tax fraud, money laundering, and foreign-lobbying violations.”

Garland ignored these demands and instead appointed a special counsel to continue the endless hoax investigations into President Trump.

Many are now renewing calls for a special counsel to be appointed in the Hunter Biden probe.

Maria BartiroFmo on Fox News said, “What about the Biden family investigation? Shouldn’t there be a special counsel there?”

Quin Hillyer at The Washington Examiner wrote: “Garland looks hypocritical in naming special counsel against Trump but not Biden”

U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) tweeted that Attorney General Garland must “acknowledge the obvious conflict of interest in Hunter Biden investigation and appoint a special counsel.”

Brit Hume on Fox News Sunday said “the reason you appoint an independent counsel is if there’s a conflict of interest. There certainly is where Mr. Biden and Attorney General Garland are concerned, and therefore an investigation of Mr. Biden’s family would seem to fall under the heading of something that would require that, but they haven’t done it. That opens them up to, I think, reasonable criticism.”

Former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman on Fox News said: “You have to ask yourself, how do you under this criteria appoint this special prosecutor, and not have done it in the Biden situation?”
