Abortion is the golden calf of the Democrat Party and the Left in the United States. They worship at Planned Parenthood and their mantras are “A woman’s right to choose,” “Reproductive Freedom,” and “Reproductive Healthcare.”
Sacrificing their children to the gods of freedom and convenience, they promote sexual freedom without responsibility. They sell murder of the unborn to unsuspecting young women as birth control or the only solution to an unexpected pregnancy.
In many communities, abortion has become so commonplace that there are now more babies aborted in New York City than born alive! What happened to “safe, legal, and rare”? Now with chemical abortions available in the privacy of your own bathroom, it is not safe and very definitely not rare.
The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act of 1994, (FACE Act), sponsored by the late Massachusetts Senator Edward “Ted” Kennedy, became the law of the land on May 26, 1994. It has been used to persecute and prosecute anyone who dares to interfere with their religion of death. Simply praying outside an abortion clinic can get you prison time!
Bevelyn Beatty Williams was sentenced to 41 months in prison for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (the “FACE Act”) in June 2020 in connection with her “interference, including by threats and force, with individuals seeking to obtain and provide lawful reproductive health services at a reproductive health center in Manhattan.” On February 22, 2024, Bevelyn was convicted after a nine-day jury trial of one count of violating the FACE Act before U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon.
Notice the time delay between the alleged crime and the conviction. When the alleged incident took place, no charges were filed. It was only after Roe was overturned by Dobbs that the Biden DOJ went after anyone and everyone they could find whom they could charge with a violation.
Lila Rose posted the following on her Facebook page: “Bevelyn Williams, a 33-year-old wife and mother of a 2-year-old daughter, was sentenced to federal prison by the Biden Administration for her peaceful pro-life activism and preaching outside an abortion clinic in 2020. She spent three long months in prison, painfully separated from her daughter and husband Ricky.
“This woman is full of incredible joy, forgiveness and hope, despite what she’s been through. She credits her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving her peace despite the trials and her purpose to speak the truth to others and help save lives.”
After spending three months in federal prison, she was freed when pardoned by newly inaugurated President Donald J. Trump.
