Late last week we told you about Congressman Greg Steube’s bill to protect women’s sports. You can read about that here.

One of the encouraging things about the bill is it has 53 cosponsors. Unfortunately, even though all four U.S. House of Representatives seats from Iowa is occupied by a Republican, just one of the members of the Iowa delegation signed on as a cosponsor.

Congressperson Randy Feenstra is one of those 53 cosponsors. Of note, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan each have two cosponsors, twice as many as Iowa, despite Iowa being a much more “Republican” state.

Steube’s bill is H.R. 28.
