Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Jeff Kaufmann released the following statement regarding this week’s historic Republican National Convention:
“This week, the RNC convention showcased the results the Trump Administration has achieved on behalf of the American people. From creating millions of jobs and cutting taxes, to passing free and fair trade deals that benefit our farmers and manufacturers, President Trump has proven he will do what is necessary to put America First. Unlike so many politicians in the past, he’s committed to keeping the promises he makes to the American people — especially looking out for those of us in the heartland, not just Hollywood elitists and coastal liberals.
“America is a land of promise and opportunity, a land of heroes, and most importantly, a land of greatness. Voters face an important choice when they fill out their ballot in November. One candidate portrays a grim outlook on our country and is hellbent on implementing disastrous policies. The other is committed to Keeping America Great. I am confident that Iowans and Americans will elect President Trump for four more years. The best is yet to come.”
