Senate File 193 is a full anti-vaccine mandate bill. Pat Grassley made sure the bill that passed on October 28th was a weak bill.
State Sen. Jim Carlin is listed on SF193 as at least a sponsor, perhaps the author. He is challenging Chuck Grassley for the Republican nomination for US Senate.
Is it a coincidence that Pat denied his grandpa’s opponent a win at the expense of Iowans?
