Citizens,

The word mandate is not in the Biofuel Bill. However, knowing the uproar it would cause, they instead use the word REQUIRE. Extensions of the word require is in it 61 times in 55 pages. The word MUST is in the legislation 63 times!

Subservience to the FEDERAL EPA and vagueness of waivers, costs, subsidies, and more make this a bad bill AGAIN! This legislation does NOT protect or promote economic freedom! It’s MORE Government!

Point 5 of, I Am A Republican Because: I believe the proper role of government is to provide for the people only those critical functions that cannot be performed by individuals or private organizations and that the best government is that which governs least!

NOTHING in that biofuel monstrosity fits point 5 or anything of “I am a Republican Because….” What it does and what it is is an abomination and it must not pass as the fuel industry does not need an Obamacare-like program or power to any government entity or level. The free market will dictate when a change is needed and that time is NOT now with the economy being hurt by Bidenflation, rising interest rates, and countless other issues the people and small businesses are facing! VOTE NO!

  1. This bill will close gas stations in small communities. Even Casey’s has stated they will likely flies some small town stations if this passed.
