There is one individual whom I believe can truly lead this state on a wide range of important issues:
- One who seeks not personal recognition, but the opportunity to serve the people and represent them with integrity and strong foundational principles rooted in the Bible and the Constitution.
- One who has spent the past 40 years studying the Constitution and is committed to bringing our state into closer alignment with its original intent.
- One who possesses the courage, conviction and backbone to do what is right the first time.
- One whose broad range of life and professional experiences provides a well-rounded understanding of leadership from many different perspectives.
- One who offers not only knowledge of key issues, but also a clear and compelling vision for the future of our state.
- One who brings legislative experience and a deep understanding of the lawmaking process, including state governance through legislation, budget development and oversight, and the ability to effectively navigate the responsibilities of the Governor’s office.
- One who truly loves Iowa and believes the best conversations still happen around kitchen tables, at small-town cafés, church basements, and community gatherings. Traveling the back roads of our state with his wife, he takes the time to listen to hardworking Iowans and understand what matters most to them.
- One who would represent Iowa with humility, common sense, and heart from the Iowa State Capitol, as well as from Terrace Hill as a team with his wife, grounded in Iowa values.
