***Note, Rep. Dean Fisher is running for Iowa House District 53. A photo of the district is included at the end of this letter.***

In less than a month early voting in this year’s primary elections begins. On June 7th Republican and Democrat voters can go to their polling place and vote. During the recent legislative sessions, a great deal of work has been done to preserve the way of life for rural Iowans. From increasing funding for schools to increasing broadband to switching funding for mental health services to helping recruit and retain additional health care providers, Dean Fisher has been a leader.

These are all amazing accomplishments but sadly they mean nothing if we don’t have future generations of Iowans to benefit from the work being done to better life in Iowa.  The key word is LIFE.

This year Republican voters have the choice between two candidates. One candidate believes that every child is created in God’s image and is precious in every form.If you’ve ever been blessed to hold a child whether they’re a newborn or, in my case, an 18-year-old son, the miracle of God’s work is something I hold dearly.

Dean Fisher is a man with a track record of supporting a Biblical worldview that holds every life sacred and his record in protecting the unborn hasn’t wavered. His opponent voted against several key pro-life bills including voting against the bill that banned abortions after a baby’s heartbeat is detected.

Dean Fisher has been a champion for life and has worked hard to make sure his Christian values are representative of his constituents’ value of God’s greatest work, fellow humans that will someday be the future leaders here in rural Iowa.

Whether you vote via absentee ballot or vote in person on June 7th, I’d ask that you vote for Dean Fisher, a man that’s faith and commitment to human life for Iowa House.
