Are your state legislators and candidates telling you it will be the fault of the voters of Iowa for electing a blue governor in November? Please remind them Senate Republicans are ignoring the 80%+ of Iowans who have spoken against using eminent domain for the CO2 pipeline. That probably had a lot to do with the special election loss that flipped a solid red district to blue in NW Iowa last fall. A loss in November will lie at the feet of Iowa Senate Republicans and Governor Kim Reynolds.
Iowa Republicans make it clear in our state platform we are against eminent domain for CO2 pipelines. The Iowa GOP needs to make that clear to state senate Republicans [and all Iowa Republican candidates to be frank] if they want to maintain the trifecta at the dome.
Additionally, several county GOP committees have censured Majority Leader Klimesh over alleged retaliation against members of his own party for standing with Iowans against using eminent domain for the pipeline and forcing a vote on a bill to that end last session.
I don’t want a blue governor but we are done being ignored and it may take removing the Republican trifecta to make that clear. That special election last fall in a very red NW Iowa should have been a wake up call to Senate Republicans who lost their super majority with the loss.

Landowners and property rights advocates are fed up. My own parties doing this to us
A trifecta of government cannot achieve a common goal to protect property owners from eminent domain abuse.
A trifecta of government cannot stand together and eliminate abortions in Iowa.
A strong republican government cannot achieve the safeguard of our liberty, our rights.
And now RPI and the establishment they want to pick our elected officials in the next June primary.
We are completely tired of the swamp.
Both in DC and in Iowa!
I am calling on the grass roots to rise, and with our loud voice stand on the side of the constitution and see the swamp for what it is, and vote them out.
If Randy Feenstra wins the primary because the RPI establishment puts all the backing in him, we will end up with the Blue governor.
Time to stand and vote our current DC delegation out of office.
Time to stand and look at all those folks that voted against House file 639, or House file 2104, and vote them out.
