Richard “Rachel” Levine, the Assistant Secretary for Health in the Biden Administration, said on MSNBC that the administration wants to base its treatment and affirm and support and empower youth, not limit their participation in activities and sports.

“And even limit their ability to get gender affirmation treatment in their state,” he said.

Congressman Andy Biggs said Levine’s words are “deeply disturbing.”
