Richard “Rachel” Levine, the Assistant Secretary for Health in the Biden Administration, said on MSNBC that the administration wants to base its treatment and affirm and support and empower youth, not limit their participation in activities and sports.

Congressman Andy Biggs said Levine’s words are “deeply disturbing.”
