Live Action — one of the nation’s most influential pro-life organizations — has released a powerful new video titled Baby Oliver, offering perhaps the most detailed and medically accurate depiction of early human development ever produced.

The animated short, created with extensive input from board-certified medical experts, takes viewers inside the earliest days of life: fertilization, zygote formation, rapid cell division, the blastocyst stage and implantation. The result is a visually stunning, scientifically precise look at the moment-to-moment development of a preborn child — a reality abortion activists have spent decades trying to hide.

Live Action President Lila Rose said Baby Oliver reveals what millions of Americans intuitively know but have not been allowed to see: that life begins at conception, and that every human child is an irreplaceable miracle.

“When people see the beauty of life in the womb … they understand that all human life has immeasurable value,” Rose said. “Baby Oliver reveals the truth: every baby is a unique miracle, worthy of protection.”

The release builds on the massive national impact of Live Action’s 2021 animation Baby Olivia, which helped fuel a wave of pro-life education laws in states including Tennessee, North Dakota, Kansas, Indiana, Idaho and Iowa. Schools and legislators have increasingly recognized the power of scientific visuals that affirm the humanity of the unborn.

To ensure accuracy, Live Action enlisted leading medical specialists to review Baby Oliver, including:

  • Dr. Kathi Aultman, AAPLOG / Charlotte Lozier Institute

  • Dr. Katrina Furth, Charlotte Lozier Institute

  • Dr. William Lile, board-certified OB/GYN

Their endorsements make clear that Baby Oliver is not just a piece of advocacy — it is a scientifically faithful portrayal of human development.

Dr. Lile, known nationally as the “Pro-Life Doc,” emphasized how modern technology is exposing what abortion politics once obscured.

“Just as telescopes and microscopes revealed realities once hidden from us,” he said, “modern imaging technologies now allow us to see what was previously invisible… Baby Oliver illustrates the extraordinary sequence of events that occur from conception and early human development.”

For decades, the abortion industry has relied on euphemisms and obfuscation — calling a child a “clump of cells” to justify ending a human life. Live Action’s new animation directly undermines that narrative by making early development visible and undeniable.

The video shows what abortion activists fear most: that even in the first hours and days, life is organized, purposeful and unmistakably human.

Baby Oliver now joins Baby Olivia and Live Action’s new children’s book I’m a Baby. Watch Me Grow., further expanding the organization’s efforts to bring scientific truth to the next generation.

At a time when pro-life Americans are pushing back against misinformation in classrooms, legislatures, and the media, Live Action is offering something the abortion lobby cannot counter: the truth, plainly seen.

Baby Oliver is more than an animation — it’s a testimony to the miracle of human life, and a call to defend it from the very beginning.
