An illegal alien who ICE attempted to have removed in 2012 is alleged to have committed a beheading in Shakoppe, Minnesota.

According to Alpha News, Alexis Saborit-Viltres beheaded his girlfriend last week when she attempted to end their relationship.

ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer told Alpha News that Saborit-Viltres is a citizen of Cuba unlawfully present in the U.S.

It is reported that Saborit-Viltres’s criminal record includes multiple convictions for domestic abuse, DUI and fleeing a police officer. He also has pending charges for first-degree arson, first-degree criminal damage to property and obstruction of the legal process from a 2020 arrest in Scott County.

In 2012 ICE attempted to remove him, but Cuba would not approve the necessary travel documents, according to an ICE official.
