Following Joe Biden’s announcement that he will transfer $300 billion in student loan debt onto taxpayers, Gretchen Whitmer came out in full support.

No surprises there! Whitmer has fully backed all of Biden’s inflation-causing policies, injecting trillions of unfunded federal stimulus into the economy while driving inflation to generational highs.

Biden’s bailout simply pours gasoline on the inflation fire and forces blue collar workers in Michigan to pick up the debt of PhD students in New York and California.

“Michiganders are desperate for relief from Democrat-created inflation, but unfortunately for them Joe Biden and Gretchen Whitmer are working to squeeze $2,000 from every Michigan taxpayer as they bailout their voter base,” said RGA Spokesman Chris Gustafson. “Once again instead of providing actual relief to working families, Whitmer is caving to her base and forcing blue collar workers to pick up the tab. Exacerbating inflation is the last thing needed while families struggle to get by.”
