Today is April 6, 2022. We wanted to share this story we originally published on March 23, 2022. We want to remind everyone about the political prisoners who remain detained without proper due process.

Iowa Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks was asked about the two different sets of law and what she is doing to help the Jan. 6 political prisoners being detained in Washington D.C. Miller-Meeks was reportedly asked the question on March 12.

“So, we have been to the prison, we’ve sent letters,” she said. “We’ve heard from past subpoenaed witnesses and the biggest issue or problem is that, uh, on the steps of the Capitol is not state law or city law — it is federal law. There is no appeal in the federal law system, so there is no appeal and there is no bond. And the Capitol Police were in charge of the Capitol and Nancy Pelosi is in charge of the Capitol Police. So, we are going to continue to work that and get everything through to trial and, so…”

The conversation answer seemingly ends there.

  1. Sorry Miller-Meeks, there is no federal law that can trump the Constitution. If it exists, it is repugnant to the Constitution and thus null and void.

J6 prisoners have had their all of their unalienable rights, save the 3rd amendment, deliberately violated with prejudice.
