Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene called for a “new” Republican Party during her phone call with the National Awakening Coalition on Tuesday. Greene said America needs the Republican Party to start caring about the American people.

Greene, who has been attacked over and over by Democrats, the national media and some in the GOP, said she has the responsibility of representing her constituents and representing traditional family values.

“I’m going to keep doing it,” she said. “There’s nothing else better I could be doing right now in my life.”

She said she needs help from more members of Congress — as well as Republican Party leadership.

“I feel like an outsider here in Congress because this town only serves itself,” she said. “It’s really how the American people feel in their own country and it’s something we have to change and we have to work on. We have to hold these Democrats accountable and not allow them to do these things anymore — like the fake Jan. 6 committee.”

Greene said the American people want a new Republican Party.

“They want a Republican Party that is actually going to care about the American people, care about their families, care about their jobs, care about the money they worked hard to earn and care about our future,” she said. “Not the Party of neo-cons and the party that just holds hands with Democrats in private rooms making little backroom deals. We need the Republican Party to be the America First Party. That’s the only way to save this country. If the Republican Party chooses to say the same just like it is with Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and sell-out Republicans in the Senate and sell-out Republican House members.”

Greene blamed both Republicans and Democrats for the national debt, saying Republicans have played a “big part” in the $30 trillion debt.

She called for participants to contact their Republican members of Congress as well as other Republicans to encourage them to do what needs to be done to put America First.
