NBC’s Nicolle Wallace was just one of many left-wing talking heads who struggled to handle the reality of Tuesday night’s elections across America.

Wallace said Glenn Youngkin did nothing.

“He worshipped at the altar of Donald Trump on Fox News. He flew an insurrection flag at his rallies. He played dumb about a Zoom rally. He did not really put much distance between himself and Donald Trump on the big lie or the deadly insurrection. I think that the real ominous thing is that Critical Race Theory, which isn’t real, turned the suburbs 15 points to the Trump insurrection endorsed Republican.”

It is inadvertent, but it is something I thought a lot about on Tuesday. Ten months after an alleged insurrection, that was by no means a defining issue of any race. It certainly wasn’t driving the conversation nationally.

Ironically, Wallace says it is Critical Race Theory that doesn’t exist and isn’t real. Yet examples of it are all over the place in American classrooms and, for something that isn’t real, the Left sure throws a fit about attempts to ban it.

Back to the irony…saying Critical Race Theory isn’t real while calling Jan. 6 an insurrection a few times. To my knowledge, not a single person has been charged with insurrection yet.
