Anyone under 21 years old cannot buy canisters of whip cream in New York, but the same Democrats who passed that law are the same Democrats who believe the same kids can decide whether they get abortions, take hormone blockers or decide to undergo gender reassignment surgery.

That is New York in 2022.

Stores owners who are caught selling whipped cream to someone under 21 could face a $250 fine for the first offense and $500 for each additional violation.

State law allows underage kids to legally receive abortion services and access hormone-altering birth control without parental consent or notification. Minors can also begin puberty blockers and obtain gender-affirming procedures in New York.

A 2020 state law allows minors to change their IDs to reflect their “gender identity” rather than their biological sex.
