According to CNS News, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she agrees with Joe Biden’s plan to force public schools and colleges to allow biological males to play on girls’ sports teams, and also use their bathrooms and locker rooms.
Pelosi told CNS News on Friday that she thinks Biden has the power to unilaterally use Title IX to give transgender students access to sports, bathrooms and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity in all federally funded schools.
According to Biden’s campaign website, his administration will reinstate guidance revoked by the Trump Administration on his first day in office to allow transgender students’ access to sports, bathrooms and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity.
The Obama-Biden policy stated that under Title IX, there is no medical diagnosis or treatment requirement that students must meet as a prerequisite to being treated consistent with their gender identity.
